Please check our Service Menu before booking online. This ensures you:

  • Book the correct service and time

  • Know if a consultation or colour patch test is needed

  • Choose the right appointment type (new client, re-design, or regular cut)

Colour Appointments

If you are booking a colour service, we recommend booking your follow-up appointment at the same time to avoid disappointment.

To receive a colour service, you must have had either: A colour service with us, or a patch test in salon within the last 6 months.

If you have not had a colour service with us in the last 6 months and have not had a patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment, we cannot guarantee your colour service will go ahead and you may lose your deposit.

Deposits

A deposit of 50% will be taken when you book your appointment online and will be taken off your bill when paying for the service or treatment you have received. If for any reason, you may need to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be fully refunded as long as we have received at least 48 hours notice.
